About Me
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My practice integrates psychodynamic and person-centred approaches tailored to support clients in improving emotional regulation, enhance mental well-being, and achieve lasting change. Sessions provide a confidential, reflective space to examine present concerns, deeper patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in high-pressure and people-focused environments, which has informed my understanding of stress, performance and the challenges of balancing personal and professional demands.
Specialisms include:
-
Anxiety, stress, and burnout
-
Relationship and family dynamics
-
Confidence and self-esteem
-
Life transitions and change
-
Work-related pressures and performance concerns
-
Identity, belonging, and self-understanding
Whether you are facing personal challenges or professional strain, I offer a confidential and emphatic space.
