How many sessions will I need?

Therapy is an individual process. Some clients benefit from short-term, solution-focused work (6–12 sessions), while others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns. This can be discussed during your consultation.

 

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Sessions can be conducted via secure video platform if attending in person is not possible. The same confidentiality and ethical standards apply.

 

Is everything confidential?

Yes. All sessions are confidential in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework. The only exceptions relate to safeguarding or serious risk of harm, which would always be discussed with you.

 

What issues can counselling help with?
